Euro Plaster
- Versus Euro Plaster: A new generation of 100 % pure acrylic textured plaster finish, using quartz aggregate, various fillers and colored with iron oxide pigments.
- Versus Euro Plaster is durable and flexible, aesthetically pleasing, maintenance free and has excellent adhesion.
- The product is body-color through
- Color fast, Ultra Violet resistant
- Water resistant
- Allows the walls to breathe
- Versus Euro Plaster assists in the hiding surfaces imperfections / blemishes in the substrate, due to its thickness (1mm-2,5mm)
- Retains its elasticity (0,5mm per10 cm of coating)
- Environmentally friendly < 16g / l VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).
- Water based
- Low odor
- Prepare substrate by removing all loose and friable matter.
- All surfaces need to be properly prepared / primed, as per manufactures specification**
- Ensure that the plaster surface is clean, dry and sound and in accordance with SABS 1514:1993 plaster specification and C.C.I – SANS 2001- EMI: 2007 SUCCESSFUL PLASTERING, (605 ACCURACY)
- Versus Euro Plaster is applied by steel trowel and floated (texturized) by plastic float.
- This product can be floated vertically or randomly to achieve the desired effect.
- The product is a premixed, therefore no adding of water / thinning is required.
Note: Thinning will result in color variations.
- Versus Euro Plaster is suitable for interior and exterior, wall and ceiling surfaces.
- It can be applied to the following surfaces: Cement Plaster, Concrete, Gypsum (Rhinolite), Steel, Glass, OSB Board, Fibre cement board (Nutec), Wood.
- It can also be applied onto any previously painted surfaces.
- 35kg Pail or 300 KG DRUM

Note: Spread rates should be used as a guide only, as the actual spread rates will vary depending on the surface.
12- 24 Hours
Note: Dependent on ventilation and other climatic conditions. Do not apply if rain is expected within 4 – 6 hours of application.
It is available in any color
Note: High pigment / bright colors will fade uniformly over time.
Water
It is imperative that the correct quantity is ordered at the same time, to eliminate batch variance.
Note: Versus Paint Specialists (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for any color variations, should insufficient quantities be ordered.
Signed color sample panels are required prior to the manufacturing of product.
Keep containers properly sealed.
Always store the container away from direct heat or sunlight.
Note: Keep out of reach of children
Minimum 12 Months, in an unopened container.
- This product is water based and non-flammable.
- It has the lowest fire rating and will only burn as long as there is a flame.
- All new, previously painted or unstable surfaces need to be primed / bonded with a suitable primer provided by Versus Paint Specialists (Pty) Ltd. (Please see preparation of surfaces)
- It is important that the primer coat, matches the color of the Euro Plaster.
- All horizontal surfaces need to be water-proofed; with Versus Versa-Proof (membrane is also recommended).
- Do not apply in direct sunlight.
- Recommended maximum panel size recommended for application, is 10M2.
- The entire panel is to be redone, should remedial work be required.
- Scaffold to be erected corner to corner, or from a v-joint to a v-joint, from a tape-joint to a tape-joint, or from a construction joint to a construction joint.
- Tape joints can be created, however they will need to be set out, marked, primed, painted with 2 coats Versus Aqua ripple and over coated in desired color, upon completion of coating application.
- For best results, the product should be applied by an experienced applicator.
Versus Suede

Versus Italic Plaster
- New generation pure acrylic plasters type finish. Modified with marble aggregate and colored with iron oxide.
- Suitable for interior and exterior, new and previously painted cement plastered walls.
- New or weathered cement tiles.
- New or weathered fiber cement sheeting.
- Water based.
- Low odor.
- Non-hazardous and non-toxic. Environmentally and user friendly.
- Water resistant: excellent adhesion.
- UV resistant: to combat the harsh South African environment.
- Excellent application properties.
- High volume solids: less shrinking or cracking.
- Lightly textured effect to hide surface imperfections.
- Type: Iron Oxide pigments, marble aggregate and fillers disperses in a pure acrylic emulsion.
- Appearance: Matt.
- Colors: Available in any color.
- Solids: 68% ±2 by volume and 82% ± 2 by mass.
- Flash Point: Non-flammable.
- Prepare substrate by removing all loose and friable matter.
- All surfaces need to be properly prepared / primed, as per manufactures specification**
- Ensure that the plaster surface is clean, dry and sound and in accordance with SABS 1514:1993 plaster specification and C.C.I – SANS 2001- EMI: 2007 SUCCESSFUL PLASTERING, (605 ACCURACY)
- Mixing: Stir well before use.
- Method: Trowel or spray application.
- Thinning: Do not thin.
- Clean up: Tap water.
- Spreading rate: 1.5 – 2.5 kg/m².
The figures above are indicative and subject to applicator skill, substrate type and condition. Actual spreading rates must therefore be determined by the applicator.
- Conditions: Avoid painting in wet or cold weather. Minimum temp 8º C
- Drying time: Touch dry 4 hours. Hard dry 24 hours.
- Fully Cures: 20 – 25 days.
- Recoating time: 12 hours.
- Requirements: 2 coats.
- Versus Suede is suitable for interior and exterior, wall and ceiling surfaces.
- It can be applied to the following surfaces: Cement Plaster, Concrete, Gypsum (Rhinolite), Steel, Glass, OSB Board, Fibre cement board (Nutec), Wood.
- It can also be applied onto any previously painted surfaces.
- Versus Italic Plaster must be applied to a smooth, non-friable dry surface.
- Surfaces must be prepared in accordance to SABS ISO 1514:1193 prior to the application of Versus Italic Plaster.
- New walls must be washed with clean water, and freed from any oil or gypsum.
- Corners and edges must be well defined.
- Prime inside of cracks and other imperfections with Versus Plaster Primer and fill all large holes and deep cracks with suitable filler to match existing surface.
- Sand lightly and wipe clean.
